Email [email protected] for product questions, account help, privacy requests, security reports, accessibility feedback, billing questions, or developer support. Please describe the workspace and the outcome you need, but never send passwords, API keys, provider tokens, payroll files, or other secrets by email.

For API and agent integrations, include the endpoint or operation ID, the HTTP status, a redacted request identifier, and the approximate time of the request. The developer portal contains current authentication guidance, OpenAPI discovery, MCP configuration, and a public capabilities endpoint. Authentication failures should be checked against the workspace key’s permission before retrying.

For privacy requests, identify the email address associated with your account and the type of request. Quota Queue may need to verify identity and workspace authority before disclosing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account data. The privacy policy explains data categories, service providers, retention, and user choices.

Quota Queue is a self-service product and does not require a sales call to start. Create a workspace from the sign-up page to evaluate the product with sample data. Existing customers can also use the authenticated in-app support experience, which preserves workspace context and is usually the fastest route for troubleshooting.
