Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Quota Queue ("Quota Queue," "we," "us," or "our") provides sales commission management software. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to quotaqueue.com and the Quota Queue application (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information

Name, email address, job title, role, and organization details you or your administrator provide when creating an account. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk).

Business data you or your organization provide

Compensation plan documents and rules, quota and territory data, deal and opportunity records, employee roster information, payroll export data, statements, disputes, and related records that your organization loads into the Service or connects through integrations (for example a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Attio, or an HRIS connected through Finch).

Usage information

Log data, device and browser information, and product usage events used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. Google User Data

If you connect Google Sheets, Quota Queue requests access to your Google account through Google's OAuth consent flow with the following scopes: spreadsheets (to read and write the spreadsheets you use with the integration) and userinfo.email (to identify the connected account).

  • We use Google Sheets access solely to provide user-facing features you initiate: importing deal or roster data from a spreadsheet and exporting commission, statement, or payroll data to a spreadsheet.
  • We store OAuth tokens encrypted and only the spreadsheet identifiers and sync settings needed to run the integration. We do not read spreadsheets unrelated to the integration you configure.
  • We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your permission (for support), where required for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
  • You can disconnect Google Sheets at any time from the Integrations page, which deletes stored tokens, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Quota Queue's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and secure the Service;
  • Calculate commissions, generate statements, and run the integrations your organization configures;
  • Provide AI-assisted features (for example, parsing an uploaded compensation plan document into plan rules), using service providers under contract;
  • Send transactional emails such as statement notifications;
  • Respond to support requests;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business data or Google user data to train generalized AI models.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it: infrastructure and database hosting (Convex, Railway, Cloudflare), authentication (Clerk), transactional email (Resend), payments (Stripe), in-app support chat (Crisp), and AI processing (Anthropic). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Quota Queue, our users, or others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information while your organization's account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Your administrator can delete records within the app, and you or your administrator may request deletion of your organization's data by contacting us; we delete or de-identify it within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Disconnecting an integration deletes its stored credentials.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, encrypted storage of integration credentials, role-based access controls within the app, and audit logging of sensitive actions.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because Quota Queue processes most data on behalf of your employer, we may direct requests to your organization's administrator where appropriate. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice within the Service or by email.
