Connect workers securely
Use a Rippling API token limited to workers.read; Quota Queue encrypts the credential at rest.
HRIS and payroll integration
Synchronize Rippling workers into the commission team directory, preserve their provider identities, and export approved commissions in a Rippling-compatible payroll format.
Direct answer
Yes. Quota Queue has a production Rippling workers connection using a customer-created API token with workers.read access. It synchronizes employee records and supports Rippling-compatible payroll exports. Quota Queue does not automatically submit or process a Rippling payroll run.

Match workers to commission participants and retain the Rippling employee identifier for downstream payout operations.
Aggregate approved statement amounts into a Rippling-compatible file with the configured pay code.
This is the operational boundary between the connected system and Quota Queue. It is intentionally explicit so administrators can evaluate source ownership, sync behavior, and downstream effects.
| Source | Destination | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Rippling workers API | Quota Queue team directory | Synchronizes supported worker identity and employment context. |
| Rippling worker ID | Commission participant and payroll row | Preserves the provider identifier across matching and export. |
| Approved commission statements | Rippling-compatible payroll file | Aggregates included commission amounts using the configured pay code and export columns. |
